Rostering Software @ Leasure Centers

With over 100 staff at the Geographe leisure Centre (GLC) and Naturaliste Community Centre (NCC) , City of Busselton Information Services team wanted a software that improves city’s service delivery to the members of GLC. Techvison Australia was tasked with requirements and selection of a solution that will not only cater for today but would scale to other departments as the organisation grows. A through consultation with GLC team members, a detailed requirements specification was produced. After a rigorous vetting process Deputy was selected and implemented as the solution. GLC now manages all its staff on a mobile application and enjoys a smooth operation of one of the largest leisure centres in the South-west of WA.

 

Softwares @ BPACC

City of Busselton Performing Arts and Convention Centre is an Iconic Project that will create a start-of-the art facility built in heart of Busselton city centre. The venue will have the capacity to house over 1000 guests in various rooms. Techvision Australia (TVA) was asked to create an architecture all the business systems and software that will be required to support the operations of this facility. A detailed project plan and schedule was created to implement 13 different softwares over the course of 2 years. The first phase started with the requirements and consultation process with the BPACC team. A detailed specification of a Ticketing system, Venue Management system and a brand-new website were formulated. Techvision went through robust selection process and Attekus Software was shortlisted as a preferred supplier for Ticketing and Venue Management system. New website requirements specification was finalised and advertised for RFQ through Vendor Panel.
